Every path includes a dedicated 60–90 minute video session, a fully personalized one-week nutrition plan (meals, grocery list, substitutions, and recipes), movement recommendations aligned with your goals, and two weeks of unlimited email and messaging after your plan is delivered.

The standard tier starts from a short survey on the site or a concise email report so we can prepare efficiently for your session. The premium tier begins with a richer written overview—including symptoms, deficiencies, or concerns—and adds tailored laboratory testing recommendations with results woven into your assessment and plan.

Premium also supports follow-up testing and short review sessions when your labs or progress suggest they would help. Both tiers share the same commitment to balance, flexibility, and habits that last.
